Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment of products offered on the website Ganelu.com, operated by Ganelu, with registered address at Estrada da Ribeira Seca 108, 9200-124, Machico, Portugal, and contact details contact@ganelu.com and +351 924278627. By placing an order through our store, you accept the terms set out below.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

In the event of stock shortages or issues during preparation, the customer will be notified via the email address provided.

2. Shipping methods, areas and delivery times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Available shipping methods:

Standard shipping: estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 days.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to external causes, including logistics operations, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the control of Ganelu.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown and calculated at checkout before completing the purchase.

Shipping is free for orders over Β£90

For orders below Β£90, price is 4,99

4. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.

If you do not receive shipping information after 10 to 14 days, please contact contact@ganelu.com.

5. Deliveries and addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or due to failed delivery, reshipping will be subject to payment of the new shipping costs.

Address changes are not possible once the order has been placed.

6. International shipping and customs

At present, Ganelu ships to the United Kingdom only.

Orders shipped outside Portugal may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not under the control of Ganelu.

Customs procedures may add additional time to the estimated delivery period.

7. Delayed, lost or transport-related incidents

If you notice an unusual delay or the tracking information does not update within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order documentation so that we can request traceability from the carrier.

In the event of loss confirmed by the logistics operator, we will manage the incident with the carrier and inform you of the next steps.

8. Receipt and inspection

We recommend inspecting the outside of the package at the time of delivery.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please record this with the carrier and document the incident with photographs of the package and shipping label.

9. Cancellation before shipping

You may request cancellation of the order before it has been dispatched.

If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, you must wait for delivery and follow the procedure indicated in the Returns Policy:
